Try putting it on your index finger of the eye your putting it into then lifting your top lash w your other hand and using the hand w the contact to hold the lower lash! Thats how my optometrist taught me! (Make sure your hands are clean tho)

when I first tried contacts i thought putting them on was the hardest thing... than came taking them off 😭
