COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BARS. On a homemade protein bar kick lately. Ingredients: 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 cup @Flex Brands vanilla protein powder (code: MARIANNA15) 1 tsp sea salt 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup (or regular) 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (plus more as needed of dough is too crumbly) 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips Instructions: 1. To a large bowl almond flour, protein powder, and salt, mix. Then add in maple syrup, peanut butter, and almond milk. Fold everything together with a rubber spatula until we’ll combined. Forming a sticky dough. Off too crumbly add more almond milk 1 tbsp at a time. 2. Mix in chocolate chips then press dough into a rectangle baking dish lined with parchment paper in an even layer. 3. Freeze for 20 minutes. Slice into 7 bars and store leftovers in the fridge. #proteinbar #healthysnack #highprotein #snackideas

Add yogurt, protein powder, and powdered peanut butter to a bowl and mix together until smooth. Add raspberries on top then drizzle with peanut butter. 2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments until smooth and pour on top of yogurt. 3.
