I’ve sold some given most of it to kids and friends family members because it was very stressful and insane I had a book with a shelf built in my new room and there’s a curtain so I can look at them and no one can see if they walk into my room it’s not the focal point I’ve stopped going to lives just bought some stuff not much after a long time but I’m having a hard time with buying plushies and I’m obsessed with teddy bears and bunnies

I only collect what I actually like not every single IP. I’m mindful and also purchase alot of confirmed it’s really hard to resell or trade for me because I don’t know a lot in my state that collect these IPs.

I only collect 3 IP’s — might it cut down to 2. If I like something that doesn’t pertain to those IP’s they must be pink otherwise I don’t need them. I also don’t collect full sets. Pink, black + neutral figures or something that has moons, roses etc.

I think we have to be more mindful and intentional with purchases. Because sometimes if we stop buying one thing, we start buying other things because I’m a shopaholic 🤦🏻♀️we limit ourselves on our blind boxes then change focus to bags, totes shoes, etc. (speaking for myself) I need to create a monthly budget for ALL spending 😳

I am not longer buying blind chasing for the secrets I wanted. I am now buying confirmed secrets which is financially better. I also redesigned my display wall and I am being more mindful about my space and seeing if I want it to occupy that space or not

I only buy what I love , confirmed for sure and trading and group orders help so much :)! Also if I don’t have the money to pay for item in full I don’t buy , I do no use credit cards , I use my personal money I make from Facebook market sales or gift money. As much as I would love to get so many things I have to be very budget conscious.

I started focusing on 2 IP’s and if a set is released I only purchase that ones I want and it’s directly from Chinese resellers that often sell below retail. The gamble is too much and expensive. Buy confirmed.

I only collect the ones that bring me pure joy. I love certain IPS but not all the drops. I have a list of things I would like to have and revisit it after a month to determine if I really wanted it or was it just the excitement of the Drop!

I am at the point where I am not buying just to buy, and I have taking a step back. Last year, I was buying just to buy because I felt like I needed everything or I was going to miss out, but I was not really enjoying what I already had. So I am taking time to really enjoy and appreciate what I have. In doing this, I have found that I really enjoy seeing others open up and enjoy what they have, and that makes me just as happy as buying

I have stopped myself from excessive purchases giving myself the opportunity to enjoy the babies I already have. If my collection gets out of hand I resell some of the older ones! That’s has helped a great deal 🥰

I went overload and bought way too many things…so now I have been selling what I don’t love or impulse buys and can only use the money from sales to buy new items. It’s helping me be intentional with buying and to create a collection I really love.

I always ask myself, “Would I still want this if no one knew I owned it?” I’m not an influencer, so I don’t feel pressure to post or chase likes for everything I have —I’m happy enjoying my collection offline. I usually buy confirmed or full sets, I’m okay skipping the secret, and I definitely don’t buy every release. Lots of self-reflection. Love this post!
