Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 - ✰ 4 sheets rice paper ✰ 4 sheets seaweed ✰ 2/3 cup sticky rice ✰ 1 mini cucumber ✰ 1/2 tiny avocado ✰ 2/3 cup sticky rice ✰ fried onions (optional) ✰ everything bagel seasoning ✰ 1 can tuna ✰ 2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt ✰ 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce ✰ 1 tbsp white rice vinegar ✰ 1 tbsp siracha (if you want it spicy) ✰ onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper 1. Mix together tuna, yogurt, soy sauce, vinegar, siracha and seasonings. 2. Dip rice paper sheets in water and connect the 4 together then lay seaweed wrappers on top. 3. On seaweed add 1/2 of rice, onion/bagel seasoning, tuna, cucumber, avocado, then rest of rice. 4. Fold rice paper diagonally then connect the ends at the top. 5. Add more bagel seasoning on top of rice paper. 6. Spray air fryer rack and rice paper with oil spray then air fry at 400F for about 5 minutes or until rice paper crisps up. 7.
