My routine is pretty thought through. I use good shampoos and conditioners, masks, detox shampoo every month, leave in treatments with heat protection and oil at the end to seal it all in. I also use K18 and put oil on my hair ends daily. The only heat I use is my hairdryer. I sleep in a loose braid in a silk bonnet and my pillow case is silk. What could I be doing wrong? Any help or guidance would be appreciated, I am spending so much money on “good products” and am not seeing a difference after two years.

Minulla on latvoissa 2v vanhaa vaalennusta (yritin itse tehdä raitoja) ja kasvatan sitä pois. Käytän enemmän kosteuttavia tuotteita ja kerran kuukaudessa proteiininaamio. Kerran viikossa oli liikaa vaikka ei ehtinyt tulemaan mitään ylilyöntejä sen kanssa. Pesen hiukset 2x viikossa.
