I take Allopurinol daily, Colchicine if flare-up. Rarely need the Colchicine.

It’s the worst! Try putting in your work boots on and hobble for the next 3/4 days 😭 now I don’t drink only water coffee tea no fish prawns 😭 but I don’t get it now 🕺fml

Better lifestyle choices to help but it won't cure it. My husband eats celery when he has a flare not sure why but it helps a lot.
