@cookingtales11: Keema chana Daal (split chickpeas) Ingredients • 1 cup split chickpeas (soaked 4–5 hours) • ½ to 1 cup oil • 1 onion (sliced) • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste • 1 tbsp turmeric powder • 1 tbsp red chilli powder • 3 tbsp tomato paste • 1 tbsp black pepper powder • 1 tbsp coriander powder • 1 tbsp cumin powder • 3 cups water • 1 chicken stock cube • 200 g beef mince • Mixed red & green chillies (for tempering) • Chilli flakes (for tempering) ⸻ 👩🍳 Method of Preparation 1. Soak split chickpeas for 4–5 hours. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced onion. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and red chilli powder. 4. Add tomato paste and cook well. 5. Add black pepper, coriander, and cumin powder. 6. Add beef mince and cook with masala. 7. Add water and chicken cube; bring to a boil. 8. Add soaked chickpeas and cook on low flame for about 2 hours until soft. 9. For tempering, fry red & green chillies with chilli flakes. 10.
