See full recipe below ⬇️ #GrazaPartner I made an incredible lemon garlic aioli using @Graza’s 100% olive oil garlic aioli that uses REAL garlic. It’s crazy good! Ingredients: 6-8 chorizo brats One baguette, sliced Chimichurri: 1 cup chopped parsley Red onion, diced Red bell pepper, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced ¼ cup red wine vinegar ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat) 1 tsp salt Lemon Garlic Aioli: ¾ cup garlic aioli Juice of ½ a lemon Instructions: -Make the chimichurri and aioli first by combining ingredients above. Doing this first allows time for flavors to develop -Cook brats either on a skillet or over the coals until internal temp reads 160°F and allow to rest for 5 minutes -Slice up and toast the baguette chips until they’re crispy and put together the crostinis with aioli, chorizo, then chimichurri
