@fitness_momness: Workout the entire body with one mini band. Great for travel or variety. Honestly I love the band for some of these exercises that you just can't do with dumbbells. Aim for 10-14 Reps, 3 Sets 1. Tricep press down 2. Standing knee crunch 3. Alternating bent side raise 4. Bicep curl 5. Chair squat knee press 6. Band pull out 7. Hamstring curl 8. Best press 9. Back lift 10. Inner thigh press down 11. Leg
