@thehealchef: Alrighty guys… for anyone fasting this Ramadan, this would make a great bowl for iftar. Shawarma style chicken, crispy batata harra, fresh fattoush and a big spoon of toum. All the ingredients of course ordered from @Talabat mart, delivered in no time at all. Recipe: Shawarma Chicken Marinate chicken thighs with yoghurt, olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, pepper & lemon. Rest 30 mins, then cook until golden and slice. Toum Blend garlic + salt. Slowly drizzle in neutral oil to emulsify, then add lemon juice until thick and fluffy. Batata Harra Boil potatoes, then air fry or pan-fry until crispy. Add garlic, chilli flakes, coriander, salt & lemon. Finish with fresh coriander. Fattoush Tomato, cucumber, parsley, mint & toasted bread.
