I watch my opponents PANIC as if the game is over after taking their queen. They usually become aggressive (rickless) and make a decent come back. But the games are usually over because my opponent is so in their head about their queen being taken.

I was thinking of this in the morning today. 2025 I achieved my best physique after 1.5 years of hard work and consistency. Then, a series of events occurred in my life that left me feeling vulnerable and in a state of survival. To regulate my emotions I started to use food as a coping mechanism. Even after my financial situation became better though, I still struggle with eating though i’m getting better because I’ve fallen down the mountain so far, that my brain just keeps trying to convince me that “it doesn’t matter because I lost anyways”. Chess is life. Life is chess.
