I never use “boil in the bag” grains because I’m paranoid of the effects of plastic although it would be sooo much easier…for me and my birds. *I now have health anxiety…and on the behalf of my birds. 🤦♀️

mine will only eat chop if it's ran through the blender so it's fine chopped. I also add whole carrots with stems peppers and peas and wild rice
