suggestions: don't use a towel on your back, only paper towels or air dry and don't sleep with a T-shirt or tank top on. Put a robe on when back is dry BEFORE using any hair products after shower. Also, in shower always wash back after using hair conditioner. I hope this helps 😁

Hey sis try Dr. Bonners magic unscented baby soap and only that possibly along with a long shower brush to help ur arms out in them hard to reach spots
