I start asking them stuff like , well how does that make you feel? What do you think you can do different? I learned people don’t always necessarily want my way, they want me to listen. I even do it with my adult kids… what do you feel is the best decision? Stuff like that 💜💜💜

If they don’t take your advice, are you hard on them? Do you judge them? It’s the aftermath are you willing to give advice and just let them take it or not?

I totally understand. My adult children are like that. They want my advice or help but when I do with no sugarcoating then you look at me sideways! 🤷🏽♀️I’m confusion!
