If the couple have the maturity to do a prenup, they probably also already talk about important things before the marriage and will not go ahead with significant disagreement. And if something change they have the the maturity to talk it out

I think 1) if you're responsible & mature enough to get a prenup you're gonna be better at handling the conflicts that will inevitably happen in any relationship and 2) if they do get divorced they might not need a lawyer, it might just be an amicable thing where they adhere to the prenup.

I would also think people who get prenups would potentially not need a divorce lawyer. It all terms are sorted before separation couldn’t they avoid paying the divorce retainer fee and so themselves?

it makes sense to me that people who sat down and wrote the expectations of their marriage and potential divorce aren't using their prenups because they've had effective communication about what they expect out of their partner in their marriage and what the consequences will be if the relationship ends.

I feel it's basically the test of marriage, if you can talk with the seriousness that a prenup is, and discuss about possible divorce, i think you have most of what you need for a long relationship which is communication

Wrong, the constant is that people getting married and have enough money for a prenup, likely are better off financially which dramatically reduces the stress of a marriage leading to less divorce.
