We’ve been stranded at NLEX since 9 PM kagabi and nakalagpas lang kami sa part na may baha around 8 AM. People are calling on their phones asking for apologies—some for delayed schedules and some calling their family at home. but where should be the apology comming from? Luckily, our bus has its own comfort room so it can accommodate other passengers, kahit galing pa sa ibang bus. The others are trading goods like food and water. Nakakatuwa dahil sa gitna ng ganitong sitwasyon ay nakikita natin ang Filipino resiliency, but at the same time ay nakakalungkot dahil hindi natin ito deserve! A situation like this is completely remediable, and it should be, kasi expressway ito and people are paying for convenience, which is completely opposite of what we are experiencing right now, again we don’t deserve it as a tax payer or atleast as a consumer who pays for tolls! #NLEX #nlextrafficupdate
