@one3athlete: I saw it was raining today.. and I knew I had to get out there and jump rope! The beauty about jumping rope is that you can do it indoors or outdoors. Yes it was raining, but I wanted to enjoy the coldness at its fullest capacity. And this is proof that if you don’t have access to a gym or an indoor area to jump rope, you can do it outside no matter what the weather is like.
