Oh my god that’s my urgent care! I go there all the time 😂 perks of being chronically ill they are either awful and crazy busy or you get an amazing Dr and it’s fast hahahaa

Do you guys do physiotherapy? It can really prevent flare ups to have your vertebrae a bit further from each other by the proper excercises to prevent the disc from being strained.
