Redken extreme length, deep conditioning mask once a week, Kristen Ess clarifying shampoo and hair gloss once a month, leave in conditioner spray, always rough blow dry and light oil on the ends, braid hair for sleep (Bonnet optional), trim every three months. Really helped me grow my hair back after getting bleach botched.
