One of my worst issues is I can’t be in silence by myself. It’s like my thoughts are 10x as loud and they all make my stomach hurt. I have to have someone on the tv or music so I don’t feel alone😭

For me the big problem with reading is that the signal to noise ratio is awful. I read a book one time that was 100% signal and now I can’t read again bc it’s a total waste of time, trying to game the short form algo for signal now
