This guys is hilarious because if he’s at a college,… he’s getting paid by capitalism. If he’s been there for years, he has tenure. If he’s been there since his own graduation, he’s been in the bubble wrap of schools his whole life and no “real world”. His pension fund is probably on the free market S&P. We trade out time for money in capitalism. In Marxism, we trade our hours and work for the hopes that the rations reach the masses

Learn your business as a worker. You are capitalizing (more profitable than hourly cost of living). Then make yourself invaluable to employer so you are last fired. Communism creates lazy because what’s my motivation. No promotion/raise. Then, in a free market, you learn and start your own company and give what you see fit to employees.
