whether on the ballot or not.... it should be enforceable just for the fact that it is already illegal to vote if you are not a citizen... yet there is proof of literal animals registered to vote... dead people registered to vote.... people over 120yrs old.... and I wonder who all of these voted for? If the elections aren't fair then they must be fixed. we don't need a vote for that.
