No you can 100% tell from the sparkle and shine. Lab growns are engineered to be perfect so they have a flawless crystal structure which makes the sparkle much more uniform. And natural as an imperfect crystal structure which makes for more brilliance, fire and Scintillation. All you have to do is look at which one is sparkling more under the table and you know.

That’s because you’re looking at two different color diamonds. if you put a lab grown diamond that’s the same color as the diamond shown you cannot tell the difference.. and yes they come in other colors that aren’t D, E, F
