I don’t blame you I tore my Achilles tendon on my left side 2/11 immediately I started to stack tb 500 , bcp 157 & kpv . Within 11 days I was back on my leg with very little restrictions and that stack completed healed a previous Achilles tendon injury on my right that was painful at times for a few years
