INGREDIENTS: ●Ground chicken - 800 g ●Salt – 1 teaspoon ●Black pepper – to taste ●Smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon ●Cream cheese - 4 tbsp ●Cooked ham - 4 slices ●Tomato - 1, thinly sliced ●Mozzarella cheese - 150 g ●Olive oil - 1 tbsp. ●Grated Parmesan - 50 g 1. Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Spread the ground chicken evenly on the parchment paper, forming a thin oval or circle. Press it down firmly. 3. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and your favorite seasoning. 4. On one half of the chicken base, spread the cream cheese. Layer ham, tomato slices, and mozzarella on top. 5. Carefully fold the empty half of the chicken over the filling, creating a calzone shape. Gently seal the edges. 6. Brush the top with Olive oil and sprinkle generously with grated parmesan cheese. 7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden, crispy on the outside, and fully cooked inside. 8.
