@madelainerascan: Fat loss Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken 🐓🔥 Perfect for meal prep! Recipe: -1000 g chicken breast -240 ml Frank’s RedHot -Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper (to taste) I did about 1.5 tsp each -Optional: paprika or ranch seasoning for extra flavor (I can’t find a clean ranch powder) Added at the END: -200g blended low fat cottage cheese (add more for your desired creaminess) Add chicken to the slow cooker. Pour in Frank’s hot sauce + seasonings. Cook on HIGH 4–6 hours (your crockpot setting). When very tender → shred the chicken directly in the pot. Turn heat to LOW or WARM. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth, then add and stir. Let sit for a few min to thicken, or eat right away like me 🤣 Put on top of roasted veg like cauliflower, squash, potatoes, rice or low cal corn tortillas. YUM!!!! Healthy fats to add -> try avocado, parm or cheddar! Serves 5 💅🏼 Each serve: Calories: 260 Protein: 51g Fat: 5g Carbs: 3.5 BONE APPLE TEETH
