(Not a professional) you may need a needle for knit fabrics. Or maybe the type of presser foot needs to be switched. It looks like the fabric is catching in the plate ( the silver part of the machine). Hopefully one of those works.

That needle looks pretty fine for that material. What needle type and size is it? And what kind of fabric? Looks like upholstery fabric to me. I’d use a jeans needle maybe a size 14.

Mine is doing the exact same thing! I even have the correct needle and everything in and my bobbin is fine…still trying to figure it out🤷♀️
