Or not drinking my water bottle anymore because I didn’t finish it and it sat out for a bit so now it’s contaminated somehow 😭😭 it makes no logical sense but I have to dump it and get a new bottle and make sure to finish it

I once lost my mind cause i didn’t open my coffee creamer. My husband did but didn’t tell me he opened it. I called him at work for him to tell me he did in fact open it. Then i felt he was lying cause he knows id throw it out. I threw it out.

Sometimes I open the seal on things when I get home from the grocery store to check them and then put them in the fridge but then when I go to use them I convince myself I bought it with the seal missing and throw it away.

if I touch the bottle of dishwasher soap or pods I have to wash my hands immediately after and when I try to eat or drink my coffee I panic because what if it's still on me and I just contaminated my drink/food and maybe ingested some 🤦🏼♀️
