Your body can only absorb so much of the vitamins at once. The first one is good. try splitting the dose morning and night or if you want try adding an extra gummy. The body is amazing it doesn’t need a lot or high volume to work

You gotta watch the vitamin A that is way more then needed. Another women just was admitted to the hospital for the Vitamin A content being 1500… it induced liver failure. Not saying it will happen just be mindful with your diet/vitamins.
