I would recommend looking into some videos on YT on how to properly dial in. You need to tamp a lot harder, as hard as you can. Are you using freshly roasted beans? The extraction looks very watery as well. You can get so much more out of this wonderful machine! Otherwise, you're better off with a pod type machine instead 👍🏼 X

Yo should measure out ur beans 18-20g it really helps to get the right amount and also check the grind it looks a little too corse the extraction is too watery and fast x
