@morganpetersonn: Another easy one-pot meal prep that tastes good reheated!! Hope y’all like this one as much as I do 🫶🏼 ONE-POT PESTO CHICKEN & ORZO - 5 links chicken sausage, sliced (I use @Bilinski's Chicken Sausage or @Amylu Foods ) - 1 large shallot, finely chopped - 3-4 cloves garlic, minced - ~224g dry orzo - 2 cups chicken bone broth - ~1/4-1/3 cup pesto — I eyeball this! (I like the @SAUZ Basil Jalapeño) - Parmesan (measure w your heart) - 10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved - Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the chopped shallot & garlic and cook 2–3 minutes until softened. Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Stir in the dry orzo. Pour in the bone broth and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes or until all bone broth is absorbed and orzo is cooked. While that’s cooking grate your parmesan and slice tomatoes. Once orzo is done, stir in desired amount of pesto, along with parmesan and tomatoes. Add to meal prep containers and enjoy! #mealprep #easymealprep #onepotrecipes #healthymealprep #mealprepideas

To eliminate cleaning something else - I use my kitchen scissors and cut my sausage and tomatoes straight over the pan 🙂 might try it to save you some time!
