This spot is right by my house. I’ve been going there since before the new owners purchased it. The lumpia you got is Shanghai style and it doesn’t go with the vinegar, and sorry you found out that way. The vinegar is to drizzle a little bit inside of the empanada.

After watching some food videos and people tampering with food, I’m cool eating now. I’m a learn to make my own food or go to Costco and get the prepared ones or go to a market and get some chicken lumpia or whatever I’m good. I don’t trust nobody cookingeven that Filipino spot in Tacoma. That stuff is nasty. The only open for like three days a week it ain’t good.
