@adtunetech: BMW 320d B47 – Another One 👀 Seen this a few times now… Fuel pre-supply pressure sensor fails internally. Diesel tracks through the sensor. Wicks up the wiring loom. By the time it lands with me: • Fuel pressure plausibility faults • Running issues / limp mode • ECU contamination This one needed: ✔ ECU replacement ✔ New pre-supply sensor ✔ New pipe These aren’t rare anymore. #BMW320d #B47Engine #DieselDiagnostics #ECURepair #garagelife

@sensor7072: Thank you very much for your very interesting video. Multiple faults in DDE concerne, once again, the faulty low-pressure fuel sensor (BMW part number 8573386 / 96746) -or 8573385 96745 i your case- fitted to B47 engines too (as well as B37s). This part is integrated into the BMW 13538514114 fuel line, primarily used on BMW 218d models (F46, registered in 2016) or i your case 320d B47 too - Through capillary action, diesel fuel has silently and insidiously migrated along the wiring harness to the engine control unit (DDE 13618473185 -ECU ECM DME), potentially affecting all other connected components (turbo, injectors, sensors, etc. +£10,000). Please, given this design flaw, are these costs covered under warranty or as a "goodwill gesture" by the BMW Group (dealership or customer service)?
