Sometimes there is more to it than that. There are too many bad detail shops in the industry destroying shops credibility. If I am a new client spending any amount of money for you to detail my car. I will most likely ask all the questions that will make me comfortable the first time using you. Prove to your customers you do quality work and there will be 90% less questions 2nd or 3rd time back.

I own a cabinet business and partly agree. I find it’s only those spending beyond their means…..value of job doesn’t matter too much. Sometimes the wealthy client just needs a cheap job.

I’ve worked with top tier clients that were just as bad as the low tier clients. Some people are just a**holes and like to waste people’s time. I agree with you on what you’re saying but there are always exceptions to the rule

Absolutely right! I used to do detailing for a living and regular clients would spect perfect service for 65 dollars 20 years ago instead I just did detailing for dealerships only for 250 and absolutely no questions asked.

39yrs in automotive industry. The low end BMW, Mercedes models, these customers are the worst and spend the least. The high end BMW, Mercedes customers are freaking awesome to deal with.
