You really give a free wash every 3 months? How do make money with doing that? Or do you upsell at that point? And do you make them drop it off or do it while they wait? I love your maintenance discount program too!!!!!

I tell every customer hey look yes this coating can last that long if it’s maintained properly, so far I haven’t had any issues I’m also making a pamphlet for customers now stating clearly how to maintain it or to bring it back so I can do it, and if they go through auto washes I’m not responsible for the coating not lasting
