Yeah, they tore down the Hotel Pennsylvania and have nothing to build there now they could’ve renovated the building and had a very beautiful antique building

Yea just what midtown needs is more corporate slop stores. What happens once all of these brands eventually fail due to another private equity buyout?? That area already is littered with hundreds of empty retail storefronts that are too expensive to rent.

build a fucking park. Not the highline, not a pedestrian plaza, not a rooftop garden. A place where people can just exist and relax without requiring purchase. Give the public more than the sidewalk or a squeeze through between larger buildings.
