Honestly this would work, have a bunch of welders bring their own piece of 4x4 or 4x8 1/4 plate. Weld on It, put their name, put it on a slab, then use it as a centerpiece to the facility.

The company I work for we have some company that brings in a large dumpster and we put them in there and then they take them and grind them up into animal bedding. But I’m here in southern Minnesota so that doesn’t help you out much.
