It states directly on the side of the truck that it’s 1999 per day plus mileage. Also, when you go through the process of renting the truck, they tell you and ask if you want to pre-pay for mileage.

that would be a good thing for a content creator to tackle. rent the truck, park it around the corner for the day, take it back without ever using it and watch them try to attack on cleaning fees and stuff. record it all and put out a video.
