المقادير بصل ابيض ١ 🧅 فصين ثوم 🧄 زبدة و زيت زيتون صدر دجاج مقطع قطع صغيره 🐓 مشروم ابيض و بني 🍄‍🟫 نص باكيت باستا كريمة طبخ علبة صغيره جبن سايل (اختياري) جبن بارمزان اساسي 🧀 جبن موزريلا اختياري البهارات: اعشاب ايطاليه من الأكفاء بهارات ايطالية من الفارس بهارات عثمانيه ملعقة صغيره جداً جداً فلفل مجروش و احمر و أسود ثوم بودرة ملعقة صغيره ملح 🧂 بابريكا مدخنه مكعب مرق دجاج .. الطريقة: نشوح الدجاج بزبده و زيت زيتون ؛ بعد ماينضج نضيف البصل والثوم لحد مايصير لونهم ذهبي .. بعدها نضيف المشروم مع قطعه زبده ؛ بعد ماينشف ماي المشروم نخلطهم مع بعض .. نضيف مكعب الماجي و ماي سلق الباستا و الكريمة و الاجبان .. نتاكد كل شي امتزج ونضيف الباستا .. و عالوجه رشة بارمزان و موزريلا واعشاب ايطاليه .. الطعم صدقوني احلى من الف مطعم وماتاخذ وقت 🤍🙏🏻 Ingredients: One large onion 🧅 Garlic cloves 2 🧄 Butter & olive oil as u wish 1 large chicken breast cut into small cubes White & brown mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 1/2 pack of pasta box Small pack of heavy cream Parmesan cheese Mozzarella & cream cheese ( if u wish ) Spices : Italian herbs & italian spices mixed Chili flakes Garlic powder Othmani spices ( if u have it) Smoked paprika Salt 🧂 just a pinch Black & red pepper Chicken stock cube .. Start with cooking the chicken in a pan with butter & olive oil , add the spices mentioned above , once cooked toss the dices onions with garlic .. till golden add ur mushrooms - once mushroom water dried mix all together then add the chicken stock cube , cream .
