@grace_makani_tarimo: FORMAL CONTINENTAL DINING STYLE In continental dining, the fork is held in the left hand and the knife in the right. We do not eat using only the fork, nor do we switch the fork to the dominant hand. The knife and fork work together as partners throughout the meal. Proper posture matters. Sit at the right distance from the table, not too far, to maintain control and comfort. When eating, ensure nothing is dangling from the fork. If food is unstable, place it back on the plate, adjust, and begin again calmly. EXCELLENCE QUEST PROGRAM: In this video, I am teaching my student through practical, real-time instruction. Teens joining us for the Excellence Quest – Malaysia (June) will learn practical dining etiquette, hands-on, in real-life settings—not theory. This is exposure. This is experience. This is preparation for excellence. Contact us: WhatsApp +255 762461741 GlobalExposure EtiquetteTraining ConfidenceSkills EQMalaysia YouthDevelopment
