Food preservation is also part of agriculture. It’s not just about producing food, but knowing how to keep it from going to waste. Garlic is a good example, and I recently shared a simple way to preserve it on my page.

hey embarrassing question for you, I planted garlic in the garden for the first time and the shoots are a foot long already- so can I cut & eat the green shoots? like do I treat them like spring onions? or leave them?
