So here we are… Breakfast: I usually cook my breaky most mornings and I lubbb it, lemme know if you wanna see my breakfast plates! Lunch: PB & J chia pudding - adding chia back into my daily has been a game changer for my 💩 routine and it’s so fkn delicious when made correctly. Flavours are endless too! Dinner: savoury mince (I’m hella low in iron (also totm) and spotted this organ mince so got that and it’s super rich and yummy), sweet potato, caramelised banana, avocado & honey (could even add cottage cheese to this to bump up the protein too) + dessert which would likely be a loco love, tea & some fruit #mealprep #easymeals #chiapudding #mincebowls #quickrecipes
