@nuktapakistan: Bollywood legend Dilip Kumar’s story began in the narrow streets of Peshawar. His family home still stands there today. Born in 1922 as Yousaf Khan in Mohalla Khudadad, he went on to become the “Tragedy King” of the subcontinent, starring in classics like Devdas, Mughal-e-Azam and Naya Daur. Built in the early 20th century, the house reflects Peshawar’s rich architectural heritage. After years of neglect, restoration is now underway with support from the World Bank. It is expected to reopen as a museum preserving his legacy for future generations. 🎥 Nukta’s correspondent Kamran Ali brings you an exclusive look inside this historic home.
