Or just pay it off whenever you can, and if you have a small balance that’s fine, so long as it’s under a couple percent of the card limit to show you can manage debt

it doesn’t matter as long as it’s before due date, if you carry a balance don’t use the card until it’s paid off. you can’t expect to clear debt if your going to add more to it

Paid my credit card on time for 18 months and it didn’t move much. I took a loan somewhere else, started paying more into that instead of the credit card. My credit score sky rocketed 🤣 509-689 in just over 1 year. Let’s get it 📈

She’s right my score spiked 40 points bc I paid my cc off the day before the closing date not the due date bc after the closing date that’s when your cc reports your balances!

This also depends on the type of credit card debt you have. Cash advances are best to be paid off as soon as the money is in.
