@saradaviescc: 🥞✨ HAPPY PANCAKE DAY!!! ✨🥞 You’ve all been asking for my chocolate Nutella pancakes, so here you go. And honestly, they couldn’t be simpler. No faff whatsoever 👏 Fluffy, chocolatey pancakes with a little Nutella surprise in the middle. Proper treat. Makes 5: 95g flour 1 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp bicarb 20g sugar Pinch of salt 1 egg 80g Greek yogurt 40g milk 15g oil Plus a spoon of Nutella in each 🤎 Pop all the ingredients except the Nutella into a blender and whizz until smooth. On a low heat, melt a little butter in a pan, spoon in the mixture, add Nutella to the centre, cover with a little more batter, cook for 2 mins, flip, then cook for another 2 mins until golden.
