Hey, I also have a Smeg espresso machine and I’m currently trying to use a bottomless portafilter. Do you have any tips on how to make the espresso flow more slowly and evenly? Mine tends to spray and run through too quickly, and it tastes a bit sour—even though the coffee is ground for espresso. Do you have any advice for me?
