I've never ever ever EVER DONE THIS IN MY LIFE. Call it cringe, call it embarrassing, call it dry begging call it whatever you like. I don't care. Rex , My son's literal BF ate tampons out of my restroom trash can 😭 He threw up two of them last night. I have no idea how many he ate, but my fear is... More than what he threw up. This morning I woke up to vomit all over my house and it was pure water which is not a good sign. I took him to the emergency vet and for everything they wanted to do Which included x-rays a shot to stop the vomiting fluids and the office fee exam ,was like $940. THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE OBSTRUCTION SURGERY IF THERE IS STILL SOMETHING IN THERE CAUSING A BLOCKAGE. I do not have an extra $1,000 dollars lying around right now. My rent is due school's about to start and just so much. I was only able to do the exam shot and the fluids at this time. (Hoping and praying that he has gotten all of them up but it's not looking that way ) We were sent home and we're told to monitor him and if he throws up within 8 hours after that shot that's not a good sign or if he's very lethargic to bring him back immediately or head to Midlothian animal hospital for the x-rays and they can go about removing the blockage .... Well he's not doing fine at all 😭 I applied for Care credit but I was not approved for much nor can I really take on more monthly payments, but I have no choice. I have almost 3K of you here. If just 1/3 of you feel led to even donate one single $1 we would be able to get him in 🙏🏼The vet Literally told me that if there is a blockage and we are not able to do the surgery that euthanasia would be his recommendation versus letting him suffer🥺 I can't even fathom getting to that point. If you are able to help in any way I would greatly appreciate it. Most of all, my 6 year old would appreciate it. Rex is his literal bestie 😭 Thank you SM if you are able to.
