I'm 48 years old, recently autism diagnosed (on a list for ADHD testing) and I'm a little on the heavy side but I can still put my feet over my head onto the back of my neck, I can also bend forward with my legs straight and put my palms flat on the ground, I can put my hands behind my back and put my palms together between my shoulder blades! there are loads more but my hubby loves it! 🤣

hypermobility is such a pain for me. especially my knees. walking is a 50/50 chance my knees will randomly go weak and bend backwards and trip me up.

both my knees bent the wrong way while trying to put a fitted sheet onto one of my kids beds 🥲 tore both PCL and busted both kneecaps - grade 3 fissures on the back of both knee caps as well 🫠
