Hi love, people with RA suffer from bursitis and tendinitis or the shoulder. I get shoulder injections every four months with my pain specialist. I would suggest you do the same as they’re a game changer. I e packs and NSAIDS don’t do anything for me. Praying for your relief whichever way you can get it. 🙏

RA is both knees left ones worse than right & I get injections in it every 4/6 mths . also have RA in 1 hip & both hands . currently arthritis & raynuards flare up Where I get sores on my fingers . steriod cream cleared most up but 2 fingers weren't healing. my dr thought might be slight infection so was on antibiotics that made me so sick .

yess the arms fingers amd wrists are the hardest !! especially when they decide to attack each other on the same day!! is when I feel like ending everything !! you literally cant do.anything this is what people will never understand what we really go through!! 😕

So I’ve had flares in my lower half for years , the shoulders started getting bad this past year , I don’t know what it is about those joints , but yes it’s excruciating.

Where did you get the brace for your shoulder? Both my shoulder started to flare and it’s been a month and nothing is helping. Finally got a steroid shot in one but has not help.
