Increasing the diameter of the dropout would have been best .. u increased the width of the gutter , the reason why u need to increase the diameter of the dropout .. the amount of rain it’s going to collect is going to be a mad rush .. especially on the dropout at the corners .. constant heavy rain for about 2 hours will flow back into the building or weaken the parapet

The joinery on the surface is very poor, the drain pipes are very tinny. Why not use 6 inch pipes. You have many outlets but they’re very small and therefore not helpful. This will surely leak in a short while.

Your drainage is too small use bigger drains. leaves blown by the wind will choke the gutter and cause overflow leak
